IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

Identification: WOW is a 21 and over-only event. That being said, make sure you bring your government-issued ID. This is to ensure that we are following TABC laws. Forms of ID would be passports, driver's licenses, consulate IDs, and any other government-issued identification with your picture and date of birth. Be sure to bring a physical ID and not just a picture of it, or the bartender will not be able to serve you.

Beach and Host Hotel Information: This is a friendly reminder that glass containers are not allowed on South Padre Island beaches, but you can bring alcohol to the beach. Nudity is not permitted at our beach access or hotel. If you are staying at the host hotel, you cannot bring your own alcohol to the bar area due to TABC regulations.

Vacations & Safety Measures: We encourage you to have your vaccinations for any public event. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask or practicing social distancing at the event, please feel free to do so. If you are feeling symptoms of Covid 19 or Monkeypox, we ask that you stay home and seek medical attention. Visit: www.wetosoweekend.com/wellness for more information.

Wristband and Event Entrance: You can pick up your bracelets at our designated times and events.

There will be limited Door tickets available at Door Ticket Price. Please take care of your Wristband because Wristband replacement will be at the regular price. 

Shuttle Service: If you need a shuttle to get around, here is the information on the Island Metro (previously known as The Wave). https://www.spadre.com/thewave.htm Shuttle Service from the airport: Please coordinate times and verify the operating hours of the airport shuttle service.

Don't forget to pack: - Sunblock - Swimsuits (Board shorts, Bikinis, thongs) - Dollar bills for Wet Oso Entertainers - Water to rehydrate - Themed Night Attire or gear (Coat check available)

Purchase Policy: All event and ticket sales for events hosted by the RGV Bears are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.  Refund exceptions may be granted at the discretion of event organizers but are not guaranteed.  No exceptions will be granted later than one(1) business week from the first date of the event.  Any unused tickets cannot be transferred or used as admission to other events hosted by the RGV Bears. *Policy subject to change*
